The Kings work lights are a great bang for buck camping light, however their biggest downfall is that the beam is very intense in a small area, making them harsh on the eyes.
The diffused lenses increase the work light spread from ~3m to ~10m, substantially improving usable light under an awning or mounted to a canopy.

Completely replacing the factory lens, installing these takes all of 5 minutes, requiring only an Allen key, reusing the factory gasket.
